My room was attractive, comfortable and, most importantly, warm as toast, as my visit coincided with a heavy snowfall. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracy, with lots of attention to detail - real coffee and cake on arrival, plus a small bottle of wine; a wide range of toiletries; home made marmalade and jam for breakfast, with delicious local sausages and masses of information about what to see and do in the area. All this for a very reasonable price. Read less

you were made to feel at home by the owner and nothing was to much trouble for her. the breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice all in all we enjoyed our stay .
Dislikes:
everything was great and would stay here again anytime.

Dislikes:
Only a very slight niggle with reference to paying. You had to pay cash/cheque and it was explained on a notice in the room but I did not notice it. But as I say only a very small niggle.

lovely welcome,friendly but not intrusive. Seriously good coffee(most welcome),lovely cake on arrival. Wine,beer,mineral water & sweets all in room. Comfy bed.Selection of toiletries in clean bathroom
Dislikes:
it's too far away from my home to pop in for a breakfast!

We felt completely at home. Our room and the guest dining room/lounge were very comfortable and cosy. Flexibility on breakfast times were also helpful.
