Quiet surroundings.Small bottle of wine with glasses,bottle of water,tea and coffee making facilities.Adequate cupboard and draw space with good coat hangers.

Twin room with very small portable tv and only video available.Mattress close to window, hard.Half used toiletries not necessary.Towels neither white nor cream.My biggest complaint is not being able t

On arrival we were warmly welcomed with a pot of tea, delicious slice of home made choclate cake and a bottle of wine for later. What a start! The full english breakfast was delicious; made with eggs from their own chickens, local butcher's sausage and bacon and home made jams. The rooms were clean, spacious and airy and the bed was very comfortable. Read less

Understated but oh so good. The decor was lovely and the 'home-comforts' in the room (wine, sweeties, biscuits,tea etc)were more than expected, never stayed anywhere as comfortable before 10/10 !!!

The breakfast was delicious and all the food was either home grown, home made or sourced locally! We especially liked Harry's French Quince jam he had made and which we tasted on hot toast when we returned home. A really lovely and welcoming B & B. Hope to stay again some time! Read less
