Everything from the moment we arrived there was a nice bottle of wine and a beer to go along with the friendly welcome.The room was lovely and had a fresh vase of flowers ,Breakfast Fantastic!!

Room was very well-appointed (better than good hotels we have stayed in recently), with extra toiletries and refreshments. Very accomodating about breakfast.

We stayed a weekend at this B&B as we were attending a wedding at Kentwell Hall just down the street. Not only was it a fabulous location in terms of the hall, but it also had free parking. Tracy was very welcoming, meeting our entrance with a pot of tea. The house is charming and perfect for a B&B. Not only does she do a stellar English breakfast every morning but is also very helpful in terms about where to eat and taking a torch in the evening (which she provided). Overall simply wonderful! I loved the house and the rooms. Breakfast was brilliant and Tracy is absolutely lovely. She is full of recommendations on making your stay a true holiday.
Dislikes:
Our shower was a bit on the small side, but overall absolutely fantastic B&B.

Very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, great shower and lots of little touches. Able to come and go as we pleased and return late at night.
Dislikes:
Having read the reviews about the breakfasts being nice, were a little disappointed in the standard of the breakfast in terms of quantity and quality. However, everything else was really good!
